Our story begins with Norman and Glenda Reiber—high school sweethearts, long-time residents of Ellis County, and partners in both life and purpose. After serving his country in the United States Air Force and later retiring from ARCO Oil and Gas, Norman understood the value of discipline, dedication, and doing a job right the first time. Glenda, after her career with GMAC, brought that same commitment to care, service, and attention to detail. Rooted in faith, family, and a calling to serve others, Norman and Glenda have always led with purpose and heart in everything they do.
When the opportunity arose to take ownership of a pool business in 2005, Norman and Glenda didn’t just see a new venture—they saw a way to continue a life of service. Together, they built Clearly Perfect Pools, Inc., on a foundation of integrity, hard work, and a genuine desire to serve their community. They place great value on the relationships they build—not only with their customers, but also with the employees and contractors who have become an extension of their family over the years.
For over two decades, Norman and Glenda have approached every project with one goal in mind: to go above and beyond for the families they serve. From the very beginning, they established a reputation grounded in trust, reliability, and genuine care, guided by integrity, a strong work ethic, and a deep pride in doing every job well. Norman, known as a man of his word, approaches each project with the same level of commitment and follow-through that has defined his life’s work.
